Where is All Access Conference?
The conference is at the Healing Place Church (HPC) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. HPC is located between I-10 and Airline Highway in south Baton Rouge.

What are the nearby airports?
Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is located
located just 17 miles north of HPC. The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is located 50 minutes south from HPC.
What time should I book my arrival and departure?
The conference will begin Tuesday, April 27th at 6:30pm. The conference will end Thursday night. It is recommended that you book arrival times by Tuesday afternoon and plan to depart Friday morning.

What should the weather be like?
The average high in April is 75 – 80 degrees with an average low of 65 – 70 degrees. This varies greatly, so we advise that you check the local forecast before you leave.
What should I wear?
Conference attire is casual.
Does the conference provide childcare?
While families are important to us, our conferences are adult training events. Children and infants, including nursing infants, are not permitted in any of the sessions and childcare is not available.
When and where do I check-in for the conference?
Check-in for the conference will open Tuesday, April 27, 3:30pm and again on Wednesday, April 28, 8:00am at the Healing Place Church Highland Campus. Our guest check-in area will be clearly marked upon your arrival.
Will there be parking available on-site?
We will have plenty of parking available on site at the HPC campus.
May I attend only one day of the conference?
Yes, but you will still be required to pay the full conference price.
Will resources be available for purchase at the conference?
The HPC Bookstore will be open throughout the conference and will have conference materials and many other resources available for you and your team.
Do you have wireless internet available?
Yes, we will have free Wi-Fi access available to you throughout the HPC campus.
Can I switch names on my registration?
You can do this in advance by sending an email to gayle@arcchurches.com.
Are there scholarships available for the conference?
We have worked to keep the overall conference price down in order to make it accessible to more people; therefore, we are not offering any scholarships. However, if you register with a group of 5 or more, you can receive a discount off the full registration price.
